Computer scientist and systems engineer. PhD in CS, MS in Applied Math. Currently leading AI infrastructure at SAP—LLM training pipelines, semantic search, data sampling frameworks. Previously Salesforce, Noom, Google.

About

My work sits at the intersection of distributed systems and machine learning infrastructure—the layer where research meets production. I focus on problems like efficient data sampling for LLM training, building retrieval systems that scale, and designing the primitives that make AI systems reliable. I approach engineering with academic rigor but a builder's mindset. I've architected production ML platforms, hold multiple patents, and occasionally advise on high-performance computing challenges. I've taught at University of Iowa and St. Martin's, and wrote The Art of Elixir.
